The meanings of the following words and terms used in this document are described below:

ku933 primarily provides services to Bangladeshi users. It is the user's own responsibility to use the platform in compliance with the local laws of their country. ku933 does not guarantee the legality of accessing its services in any specific jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, address, or IP address. ku933 reserves the right to close all accounts if multiple accounts are found to be operated.

3.1 Registration Information

When creating an account on ku933, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in account closure.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, ku933 may request identity verification at any time. The following documents may be required for verification:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address
• Proof associated with the payment method used

ku933 reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. ku933 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from your own negligence.

3.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

A ku933 account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account is completely prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

ku933 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be temporarily placed on hold.
• Bonus balances are not withdrawable while an active wagering requirement remains.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold during an investigation into suspicious activity.

4.4 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently available.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New account holders on ku933 are eligible for a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,200 in bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To become eligible to withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may take advantage of each promotion only once.
• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by ku933.
• Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• In some cases a bonus may be credited automatically without eligibility being verified; however, ku933 reserves the right to adjust or withdraw a bonus at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

Regularly active players become eligible for weekly cashback through four VIP tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week

Progression to a higher tier is based on consistent gaming activity.

6.1 Fair Play

ku933 is committed to maintaining a balanced and fair gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly tested and verified.

6.2 Betting Rules

Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. In the event of a technical error during a game, ku933's decision regarding any bet that was temporarily suspended will be considered final.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

• Live betting markets may change after an event has started.
• Bets placed based on an announced result before that result is officially confirmed may be cancelled.
• Attempting to exploit arbitrage by placing opposing bets on the same event is prohibited.

6.4 System Errors

If any winnings or losses occur due to technical issues, server downtime, or software errors, ku933 reserves the right to review and correct the relevant transactions. Abnormal winnings resulting from an obvious error may be cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku933 platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of, or for use by, a minor.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including bonus arbitrage and collusion.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Colluding with other users to gain a fraudulent advantage.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

8.1 ku933's Actions

ku933 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• If the account is inactive.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting the ku933 support team. If any outstanding wagering requirements have not been met before closure, the bonus balance may not be withdrawable.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
